The OEN Before Care and After Care Program is open to our families. Below are the details for our program:

• This program is only for current OEN students
• Activities Offered: Art, STEM, homework/study time, and supervised play
• Hours of Operation:
• Morning Care: 6:00 AM – school start (Monday–Friday)
• After Care: Dismissal – 6:00 PM (Monday–Friday) Note: $2.00 late fee per minute after 6:00 PM
• Program Availability:
• The program will operate only on regular school days
  
• There will be NO After Care on early dismissal days
• There will be NO Before/After Care when school is not in session
• Fees:
• Morning Care: $30/week
• After Care: $50/week
• Registration Fee: $25 per family
  Discounted rates are available for additional siblings after the first paid registration

Before & After Care Billing Policy
Families registered for the Before and/or After Care Program will be charged for their selected plan regardless of daily attendance. This ensures consistent staffing and resources are available each day to provide a safe and high-quality program for all students.
